To accomplish great things,
we must not only act, but also
dream; not only plan,
but also believe.

I believe when we are clear, connected, and open we can manifest whatever we desire.

I believe that sunflower sprouts are as valuable as gold.
I believe the body is always going towards health and healing, and if given half the chance it will regenerate itself.
I believe that we should let the cows roam free.
I believe the farther we get from nature, the sicker we become.
I believe we need to read all food labels and be informed.
I believe in afternoon naps during the week.
I believe that we vote with every dollar we spend.
I believe a few avocados with sea salt and lemon are just as satisfying as a steak.
I believe in liquid juice fast benders.
I believe we can look younger as we get older without nips and tucks, unnatural potions and crèmes, and hormone replacement.
I believe in random acts of love and kindness.
I believe there is much darkness in the world, and with that darkness brings the opportunity for us to shine twice as brightly and shift towards higher states of being, individually and as a collective.
I believe the condition of our health resides in our digestive system.
I believe as every day passes, more and more people are waking up to their truth.
I believe in the acid-alkaline balance.
I believe advancement in technology without infusing morality is a recipe for disaster.
I believe the cleaner we are internally, the less food we need.
I believe in bending, stretching, and bouncing.
I believe in the power of the MOOs.
I believe we were born knowing all and spend the rest of our lives striving to remember.
I believe in the end, only kindness matters.
