Whatever you can do,
or dream you can do, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power,
and magic in it.
Begin it now.

BIO

Through my own path to wellness beginning twelve years ago, I discovered firsthand the transformative effects of the holistic lifestyle. Through this journey, I gained knowledge about many modalities in the realm of holistic health and healing, finding one particular system the most powerful: the removal of toxins from the body. As a certified nutrition and lifestyle consultant, I educate clients on the transformative power of cleansing one’s system in order to achieve a higher state of wellbeing and passionately believe that creating a proper internal acid/alkaline balance is the most successful way to achieve radiant and sustainable health. I have a strong background in raw, alive foods, fresh juicing, and vast experience in supporting clients through all stages of any cleansing program. My approach however is not limited to utilizing a raw food diet alone and incorporate insight learned over the years about the importance of transition. People often elevate in their vitality by simply removing one item from their diet and adding in an improved food choice. I always meet clients at whatever level they currently are, without judgment, and begin from there.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and I am board certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by both the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (part of Columbia University’s Continuing Education curriculum), where I studied with prominent leaders including: Neal Barnard, MD, Deepak Chopra, MD, Annemarie Colbin, PhD, Marion Nestle, Barry Sears, MD, Paul Pitchford, MS, Andrew Weill, MD, Walter Willet, MD, and David Wolfe. It is the only school of its kind integrating all dietary theories into the curriculum, including traditional philosophies like Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. I continued to learn about food and herbs from leading holistic nutritionist Sally Kravich. I’ve studied with well-known hydrotherapist, Gil Jacobs, who has imparted much wisdom on deep tissue cleansing and the powerful impact it has on healing body, mind, and spirit. I completed the Rose Program Advanced Training Intensive, founded by clinical nutritionist and best-selling author Natalia Rose.

In 2007, I joined Organic Avenue in Manhattan where I supported clients through the LOVE Cleanse programs, worked on formation of new cleanses with the head chef, and implemented my great understanding of how to build the bridge and transition clients to an improved, sustainable way of eating after their successful completion of their cleanses. I also worked on creating affiliations with other health-minded organizations.  Being committed to community education, I arranged nutrition-based events at Organic Avenue to make healthier lifestyle information accessible to all.

In 2009, I continued to be a nutrition consultant and cleanse advisor for other health-minded organizations, as well as build up my own clientele base.

Currently I am completing a certification in Iridology at the New York Center for Iridology in Manhattan.

I believe in, live and love the holistic lifestyle. I hope that my commitment inspires clients and offers a sense of shared mission.

“If you take the responsibility for your life you can start changing it. Slow will be the change, and only in the course of time will you start moving into the world of light and crystallization, but once you are crystallized you will know what real revolution is. Then share your revolution with others; it has to go that way, from heart to heart.”   Osho
